Enhancing Management Capacity and Local Services: Prioritizing building the management capabilities of local institutions, the Gaza Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture readies up to take a leading role in reconstruction. For example by establishing digital monitoring systems. This now received support by international partners such as Norway, UNDP, and UNSCO.

• Co-developing management systems and digital tools that improve transparency and facilitate monitoring and evaluation.
